Burgess: Rossi underestimate Stoner Motor

BOLOGNA - rider Valentino Rossi failed to shine in the early season with Ducati. According to Jerry Burgess, Rossi, Casey Stoner grossly underestimating the potential of the cross to Honda.

Yes, Rossi did not give a positive impact on the Ducati since decided to leave Yamaha at the end of the 2010 season. Of the 10 last race, the Italian racer was only able to ascend the podium once.

Meanwhile, Honda is enjoying the best season in the 800cc era. Noted, a Japanese motorcycle manufacturer that won many races in the last 10 races, rather than their rivals. In fact, the achievement of Honda is better since 2007 ago.

"I think we are grossly underestimating the progress that can be done by another team. Stoner has really raised the potential of all drivers who owned the Honda," said Burgess told MCN, on Friday (05/08/2011).

A number of Honda riders dominate in MotoGP this year. Stoner, Dani Pedrosa and Andrea Dovizioso took turns on the podium. As for Ducati, who feel the sweetness of the new Rossi on the podium.

"Stoner is really becoming a fastest and best drivers in there. He would be very unlucky, if it can not win the title this year," said the man was born in Australia.
